Real WooCommerce stores submitted by their makers

This was a website re-design. The original site was also in WooCommerce that they had done internally. It functioned pretty well. The shopping cart was the one solid piece of the website. There were limited search features and limited ways to feature products on the site. We found a new theme that helped feature products. Plenty of usable shortcodes were available. We setup custom sidebars throughout the site, and built out custom category pages for girls, boys, toddler, women, hunting and fishing, and shop by print to help shoppers find the latest products for these categories. On the backend of the custom post types, they are able to use the options to upload their own images, change headings, and where these images link, all without touching code. There is a custom size guide feature that we integrated to look like it is part of WooCommerce. Look at a product page and right under the add to cart button is a slick little custom size guide that looks like it’s part of WooCommerce. The inventory is a live sync to their inventory management system in the cloud and even into Quickbooks, so inventory and sales are tracked in real time. They have a fairly complex category setup. You have items like outerwear, swimwear, rainwear all under the higher categories like girls and boys. This is where custom sidebars come in. On the category pages, we had to create navigation to get into all the sub categories.
